Route 131 Description

(Prerequisites: Pokémon Minimum of Lv.40, 8 Badges, Surf, Dive, Fly (recommended in case shit gets real.) : I do not fuck around here, enter under that level at your own risk, all Pokémon are Lv.40+ as are the trainers (50+) !!!)

The difference here is that with Sky Pillar nearby, most young Pokémon are far from this area, and the only ones that remain are battle hearty, old and powerful. there are too many trainers and wild Pokémon to name, but just know that with the strength of one like Rayquaza nearby, these Pokémon are no jokes. Fully evolved, violent and powerful, and difficult to catch they await your challenge to simply get to the pillar. The few trainers in the area are extremely powerful as well, they may not have defeated the E4, but they are known for the number of E4 members they have defeated. None ever called themselves champion however.

Pretty much, there's water, water and more water. There are small islands, and trainers, and deep water to Dive in (with proper equipment), where you can find treasures. Either way, nothing truly changes except for the weather, and trainers.

Your first time traveling is a bit rushed, as Mr.Briney runs his ship like a madman. so you really miss a lot of things. I can tell you though, that when the conditions are right, tons of powerful and rare water Pokémon exist here.

But pretty much, if it swims, and is not a legendary or starter Pokémon, you'll find it in the ocean. just some things are far, far rarer than others...
