House of Shards

Nestled away near the large lake that splits this path in two, there is a little cottage and inside this cottage lives a lovely little old lady who has the most weird fascination. Those shards that you can find underground are of great interest to her, so much so, that she has made a special use for them. That's right, it is said that she can turn the useless shards into a useful TM that can be of great aid to you in battle. So, if you manage to find a few shards and wish to pawn off a few of these treasures, comes inside and have a chat, the lady is always so happy when a new visitor comes along.

Her cost is simple, 4 shards. She will return you the following TM if given 4 of the colour shard specified:
Sunny Day - Red Shard
Rain Dance - Blue Shard
Sandstorm - Yellow Shard
Hail - Green Shard
