A Little Break on the Sea: The Search For Manaphy

When you travel through the Seabreak Path, you will notice a little beach that is normally unreachable as the water is too deep, just offshore near the northern end of the Route. What you may also notice is that this little beach area has a Manaphy and a few Phione playing on it. If you can get to the beach, the Manaphy will be curious enough to come to you. What you choose to do next is totally up to you. You may choose to battle with the Manaphy, but under no circumstances is this Manaphy able to be caught.

You must have access to HM 03 Surf before you attempt this challenge. Depending on how you handle this situation, Manaphy may choose to allow one of your Pokémon to learn Water Pulse. There is also the possibility of receiving a Splash Plate from it. If you wish to take on this challenge, say so in the post you make when entering the Path.
