Proliferous Pokémon

As you walk into town, you notice a salesman standing behind a little table. The salesman looks like someone you know, but you just can't place him. He has funky glasses on, is wearing a polkadot suit and has short blue hair that hangs unevenly around his face. He is accompanied by his wife, so it seems who is wearing the most dazzling glasses, has green eyes, a pink, flared dress and wears her bright crimson hair in a bun. The funny thing about the whole charade is a little guy that is standing on the table, wearing a tuxedo and top hat, sporting fitting black-coloured glasses and a big smile. He furtively tries to hide the golden coin on his forehead as you approach.

"Welcome young twer-trainer to this, the most beyudyful place in the whole of Sinnoh! We here are a beyudyful liddle family that has a liddle issue. Care to help us out?
