Keep This Place Clean, Learn to Recycle

As you enter the City, you should notice that this is one of the cleanest places you have ever been to. It is even cleaner than most of the places in Hoenn, Johto or Kanto. This is because everyone here is garbage-conscious. In fact, this place is so well kept, that it is featured on the TV fairly frequently due to its beauty. One of the other reasons it is such a clean place is made pretty clear when you enter here. A sign tells you fairly explicitly:

Eterna City is the cleanest place in Sinnoh! Let's try to keep it that way! If you are traveling through here, please make sure you throw your rubbish in the bin, or take it with you. Also, please, if you see any rubbish lying around, can you put it where it belongs? Thanks for all your help in this matter.
