Stranded on A Rock: Quest for Giga Drain

If you thought it was going to be easy to get your hands on this move, well then you don't know what it's like to be a Tangela stuck on a tiny island with no interest what-so-ever in returning to the shore. You see, this Tangela can use Giga Drain very proficiently. And as a result, every trainer that has tried to help it, has simply had their swimming friend drain of all their power before they've been able to reach the rocky outcrop where the Grass-type stands. However, if you can think of a way to get there, you might very well be given an opportunity to learn that move.
