Up, Up and Away: Quest for HM 02

PokéRinger. If you haven't heard about what this is, then you have been living under a rock. No really, a rock - one big enough that it covers your whole body and then some. And if you didn't know, the Sinnoh Region Champion of the PokéRinger style of battling lives in Veilstone City, and his name is Taylor. He has created his own little battlefield in his own backyard and uses it for practice and against the occasional challenger that thinks they have the skill to be able to beat this man. The rules of the match are fairly simple:

• You will be situated in a hot air balloon
  
• You must use a Flying-type Pokémon
  
• The battle begins when one of the two Flying-types retrieve the ring
  
• The battle ends when the ring ends up hooked on the goal post
  
• What happens in between the third and fourth point is up to you

Should you manage to defeat Taylor, he will reluctantly give you HM 02, otherwise known as Fly. If you wish to take Taylor on, say so when you enter the City.
