Petalburg Gym: It's simply average...or not.

As usual, the Petalburg Gym is dangerous and difficult, as while it's at the start of the game, you need 4 badges to enter. But let's get started. You see, in this gym, the Gym Puzzle and the Gym Trainers are the same. Granted, in this maze of rooms, there are safe zones, but just know that if you hit a safe room, the rooms around you will be filled with tough trainers. However, if in your youth you've played Pokémon R/S/E on a game boy, then you know the layout. 12 rooms at random. You have to go through 4 at minimum to reach the gym leader, though 9 of the rooms will have trainers within them. You also will not reach more than 1 clean room per run.

Since it's too many trainers to count, It's as simple as this. The Pokémon are Normal typed. it is 1 vs 1 battles, and the levels are between 25-30

Regardless, once you finish through those rooms, the battle with Norman begins. User of the Normal Type, he's well prepared and ready to help you. He may remember you from your help with Wally so long ago, but don't expect it to be an easy fight.

Vigoroth Lv. 32
Slaking Lv. 35
Linoone Lv.33

He uses three of these, and the challenger does the same. Either way, his team is extremely diverse in their spreads of attacks, and while challengers can switch Pokémon, it's difficult to know what he will use next. Victorious trainers will earn the Balance Badge, 3000 PokéDollars, and the Facade TM. Not to mention the use of the HM 03, Surf outside of battle.
