A Stroll in the Park: Quest for Secret Power/Attract

You might be of the opinion that Amity Square is a very friendly place, but if you were to take a stroll near a small alcove, then you would find something completely different. Four women standing with their fingers in each others faces, arguing about which of their Pokémon is the cutest Pokémon. The contest is between a Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff and a Toegpi. Of course the Togepi wins hands down, right? Well not according to the old lady who loves her gorgeous Pichu. Then again, we could be here all day listening to these women gas-bag about which one is the cutest. Thus, when they see you, they immediately race over and fawn all over you.

"Oh yes, you are most definitely the cutest trainer we have seen here today!"
"Have a look at my Cleffa! Isn't she gorgeous?"
"Wow, you have such beautiful hair! Tell me how you keep it so gorgeous, please?"
"Now we need your help, yes? We need you to determine which of our Pokémon is the cutest, yes we do."

You must own a baby Pokémon in order to attempt this challenge. Should you wish to take on this challenge, say so as you enter the Square. Depending on how you handle the situation, you may receive the Secret Power TM or the Attract TM. It is even possible to receive both.
