Switching on the Brain: Quest for Psychic/Psych Up

Two people of note in this Route are very well-known. They are siblings, known specifically as the Psychic duo. The brother stands at the foot of a very steep and rocky trail, meditating. Should you disturb him, he will fight you instantly. The sister stands at the top of the trail, using her Pokémon to throw rocks around where she is standing to practice and hone their skills in their Psychic powers. In order to get to the sister, you are going to need someone highly skilled in climbing. But, when you get to the top, if you make as she may throw rocks at you, she will fight you as well. If you best either of them in battle, you will receive a TM.

You need nothing in order to attempt the battle with the brother. If you win you will receive the Psych Up TM. You will need access to HM 08 Rock Smash in order to fight the sister. Should you win, she will hand you the Psychic TM. If you wish to undertake either or both of these challenges, say so when you enter this route.
