Anti-Gravity in Action: Quest for Trick Room

A group of people who look to be part of a traveling circus have parked their caravan off the beaten path just south of Lake Valor. As you watch them, suddenly the fat man, practicing his tricks moves at the speed of light, where as the gymnast, doing her triple double somersaults in the air starts to spin rather romantically slowly. What in the world is going on? Is this something of Team Galactic's doing?
